Hilary Crane, APCC
About:
Hilary Crane, MS, APCC, is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. She works with adults, adolescents, and couples, providing a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Hilary specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, grief, and the effects of emotionally abusive and narcissistic relationships. She has extensive experience supporting individuals recovering from high-conflict relationships and helping clients rebuild trust in themselves, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of identity and self-worth. Hilary also developed and facilitated a support group for survivors of narcissistic relationships, providing education, validation, and practical tools for healing and recovery.
Her therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Hilary integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Gestalt Therapy and other trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting emotional growth.
Education and Therapeutic Style:
Hilary earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University with a 4.0 GPA.
Her work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. Hilary believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship.
